Upon arrival performed maintenance on hvac system. Checked refrigerant levels system is operating at standards. Hardstart kit in working order. Primary and secondary motor controls in range. Indoor motor and wheel good. Circuit board and electrical connections in range. Ducts and seals good. Recommend adding surge protection to system. Opened up condenser and washed out coils. Temp split in range. Cycled system on and off. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
