Performed furnace maintenance on 2009 Bryant heater. Upon my maintenance I found multiple points of concerns that could lead to failure on AC/heating mode. 1. Found an indoor blower motor is beginning to over amp and has also ruptured it’s lubricant seal around the bearing this can lead to the motor overheating or locking up due to lack of lubrication 2. Single secondary motor control is become week due to motor using more power than needed if left in this condition battery can completely die and motor will not start 3. Flame sensor was heavily oxidizing and corroded 4. System was not equipped with surge protection in the case of power outages in thunderstorms etc. 5. Circuitboard had a slight burn marks three amp fuses already been replaced prior 6. Temp rise was it 61° considering that the allowable range is 60 this can be concerning and can potentially cause the heat exchanger to crack. Discussed full condition With homeowner and she is aware and will consider the repairs need
