Upon arrival performed diagnostic on hvac system. Clients grandson booked the call. Client said breaker was in a weird position in electrical panel. Found filter to be extremely dirty. Outdoor coil is completely covered. Found secondary motor control was out of range, replaced and retested system. Disconnected compressor wires and system kicks on no problem, once compressor is added instant short. System is non operational. Client grandson will speak to grandpa.
