Tech arrived on site. Found secondary motor control to have failed. Starter is pitted. Fan motor is leaking oil. Schrader core is leaking refrigerant. Client said they are moving and wanted a bandaid repair without membership. Replaced secondary motor control. Compressor started up and drew LRA. compressor amps are high. Fan motor amps are okay. Unit has high super heat. Unit is operational upon departure.
