Arrived on site to diagnose a 1991 furnace found a 2005 condenser she stated she just replaced last year. Upon arrival client stated they just had solar done and now unit will not produce airflow now. Found outdoor unit iced up from the indoor unit to the whole out door unit. Inspected indoor unit and found blower motor completely dead. Secondary control was bad. Found filter in unit and has been in system for almost 2 years. Whee is covered of dirt and build up. Build up is creating stress and making motor work hard. Advised motor and secondary need to be replaced and needed cleaning. Advised unable to inspect full system due to bad motor and not working properly So she is aware unable to tell her if that is her only issues this is just a start to get system running. Client is aware and stated she is interested in system replacement and would like to go over options as she dose not want to put money in to old units. Turned call over to mateo as he came out to give system replacement
