Performed AC diagnostic on 2009 carrier condensing unit. Upon my diagnostic Mr. Mayor Stated that system turns on indoor and outdoor although does not drop indoor temperature on thermostat will not get below 77°. Further investigation lead me proceed outside to find that all equipment checked out and is operational but refrigerant pressures were extremely low. This system contains R410a And was low approximately 5 pounds. Fully charged system up and then injected a leak dye/sealant into the refrigeration cycle to help pinpoint location of leak. (Leak repair price no included). Upon my departure system is fully operational and cooling with a 20° split and dropping indoor temperature, refrigerant pressures are charged adequately and will return in approximately one month to search for leak dye. 1.
