Arrived on site to perform fall tune up on a 2003 carrier system. Furnace and evaporator located in attic client stated no issues. Cycled heating on and system operating. Thermostat is good. Advised the summary of findings are as followed. Furnace 1. 2003 carriers. 2. Filter was dirty and recommended replacing. 3. Found black flex ducting used. Found system restricted of air flow as there is not enough air flow going into system. Would need to add more return 4. Blower assembly and wheel has dirt build up creating stress on motor. 5. Motor is good at this time. Amp drawls are pulling 10.7 and max rated amp is 13.7 indicating motor is showing signs of wear and could fail in future due to it’s condition. 6. Seconds motor control is good and in range. 7. Inducer motor is good and amp drawls are in range. 8. Inspected heat exchanger compartment it self. Found heat exchanger to have a crack from over heating as it dose have heat impingement and hot spots from over heating. Filled wit
