Performed furnace maintenance on a Aire flo furnace. Homeowner had condensate overflow problems in the past. Condensate lines are free and clear of any debris. Combustion blower is over amping. Temperature split is in range. Blower motor and scroll wheel are clean and dry of any oil. Duct runs look good. Performed A/C maintenance on a air flow condensing unit. System was coil cleaned and reinstalled. Start and run Amps are in range. Fan motor is spinning good and clean of any oil. Starter is showing signs of failure. System was cycled and running smoothly
