Tech arrived on site. Found no power to the thermostat. Fuse on control board was popped. Replaced fuse and tested fan and heating. It was good. Tried cooling and it popped. Removed low voltage wires to the contractor outside. Tested cooling again and it didn’t pop. Ohmed out low voltage terminals and found the contractor to be bad. Replaced contractor and the unit began to cool.
