Summer AC Maintenance Performed Upon arrival system is working and operational. I began my maintenance at the outdoor condenser by removing the panels and cleaning with water and coil solutions. I inspected electrical components for wear and tight connections. Tested amp draws on system. Checked and measured refrigerant pressures and charge. Upon inspection of outdoor unit, I found the secondary motor control to be below its rated working values as well as the starter was heavily pitted and showed signs of arcing. Upon recommendation member replaced both pieces of equipment. I then proceeded to the indoor heat pump. I measured temp split. Checked condensates and safety switches for functionality. Changed filter. Inspected blower wheel housing for proper balance and dust. Inspected ducts for leakage. Ensured electrical connections were tight. Upon departure system is working and operational.
