Performed diagnostic. Homeowner had home warranty tell her the drain pan was cracked, but they did not know from where. They told her she had to replace the whole system and she was not having that. At first glance it appeared like the only issue was a clogged primary drain line. Cut and clear drain line and drain line was super clogged. Water started flowing to drain normally. Upon running unit located water coming from the corner of coil compartment. Opened up evap coil and found crack on primary drain pan. Drain pan needs to be replaced. Homeowner approved repair. Went over possible price depending on work needed to be done on that day. Need to order drain pan and return to replace. System is not operational upon departure.
