Summer AC Maintenance Performed Upon arrival system is working and operational. I began my maintenance at the outdoor condenser by breaking it down and cleaning with water and coil solution removing dirt and debris. I then tested amp draws on system as well as inspected electrical components. I checked system pressures and charge. Upon inspection of outdoor unit I found the compressor to be pulling high amps on start up, recommended a compressor saver kit to lower amp draws and lessen premature wear, I also found that the fan side of the motor control to be below its rated values. I proceeded to the indoor furnace unit. I swapped filter as it was heavily laden with dirt and debris. I checked condensates for functionality and drainage. Inspected electricals for tight connections and wear. Checked blower compartment dust and dirt as well as balance. Upon departure system is working and operational.
