Upon arrival performed maintenance on hvac system. Found secondary motor control to be running low on charge. Replaced and got it up to standard spec. Added a compressor hardstart kit to keep amperages low on compressor, and prolong life. Opened up entire cabinet and washed outdoor coils. Washed inside of ac unit. Filter is brand new. Primary starter is in range. Amperages for compressor and fan motor are in range. Thermostat in working order. Went ahead and put system back together, with brand new replacement parts.
