Maria states that system will not keep up with temperature during the day and will not run until later in the day when it’s cooled down outside. Found condenser was completely dirty and causing a restriction which could be causing unit to shut off on high pressure when it’s hot outside. Pulled condenser fan motor off and thoroughly washed condenser coil. Cycled system on and refrigerant pressures had dropped significantly and now appears to be slightly low on refrigerant. Let homeowner know that system could either have developed a leak or could have not been properly charged up at the time of install. Added 1lb of r410A refrigerant. Refrigerant pressures are in Range and system is producing proper temperature split. Recommended maintenance program for routine maintenance. Jerry wants to hold off for now. Cycled system. System is operational upon departure.
