Performed AC diagnostic on upstairs office room 2 ton Lennox system. Upon my diagnostic client stated that the house was built about six years ago in the systems were put in at the same time although the systems are actually from 2006. He mentioned that Sears and We Care we’re not able to figure out the issue of the system Because they are not zoning trained and they needed a Lennox dealer to come out and work on it. 1. System was not zoned 2. Suction line had about 4 inches of thick ice on the suction line. This is caused by airflow or issues with refrigeration cycle. 3. Due to the ice forming this is caused water leakage all around the system in the attic Will be returning one system is fully defrosted and can return for a more accurate pressure reading at the condenser and measure Airflow properly with no restrictions of ice inside the evaporator coil. The system should not be icing up it is very critical that we figure out why it is happening so that it may not happen again. I w
