Arrived on site to perform AC diagnostic on seven-year-old Lennox system. Upon arrival Ryan stated that the system was shutting off after five minutes and it was staying above 85 in the house. Began diagnostic and system is operational and cooling during the visit. Measured refrigerant pressures and found that they were in range. Amperages for compressor and fan are in range. Filter was swapped a couple weeks ago. Temperature split is 27° in the house. Furnace is original an indoor blower motor has heavy debris buildup and circuit board has signs of burn marks on it. At this time we are unable to determine where the failure of point in the system is due to it being intermittent. Ryan says that he’s just gonna use the system and see if it happens again and give us a call but he wanted to sign up on the maintenance plan to keep it at a standard.
