When I arrived, I had system not working in heating or cooling mode. Thermostat is completely blank upon arrival. I started my diagnostic and couldn’t get full voltage in certain areas. I checked motherboard and there were fry burns on front end and back end. The motor would continuously run nonstop. The faulty motherboard is getting system to run motor. Charging for diagnostic only today. Will get back to owner. Distribution is closed early due to Black Friday.
