Arrived on site to diagnose and maintenance a 2004 airflow system. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace located in attic. Found unit not turning on as low voltage is not coming to condenser. As low found low voltage thermostat wires all chewed up maybe from the dog and has exposed wires. Advised we should replace exposed thermostat wires to prevent shortage. Inspected and did a level 1 repair to rewire the low voltage wires back on board and got system operational. Client wanted to sign up on esa and perform first Ac visit today. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Coil is in very bad condition. A dog from previous owners was peeing on condenser and coil is now missing a big section of coil and is now deteriorating. Primary is really pitted and burnt up from self wear. Secondary is border line bad in range from fan and compressor working hard. Fan motor is pulling max amps and could fail from age and over working. Compressor is over amping on start up as its over rated max. Compr
