Summer AC Maintenance Performed. Upon arrival system is working and operational. I began out the outdoor condenser by braking down the unit and cleaning with water and coil solution removing dirt and debris. Inspected all electrical components for wear, tested amp draws on system. Checked and measured refrigerant system pressures and charge. Recommended to member to add surge protection on outdoor unit to protect system, disconnect is fuseless. Proceeded to indoor furnace unit. Inspected electrical components to ensure tightness, inspected board for burns and marring. Inspected blower housing for dust and debris. Checked blow motor control. Inspected ducts for air leakage. Inspected main condensate. Recommend blower wheel cleaning, caked dust on wheel. Recommend cut and clean as main condensate was clear. Performed cut and clear for main condensate. Installed thermostat. Upon departure system is working and operational.
