Arrived on site to diagnose a no working 2005 unit. Client also wanted to get a second opinion due to the recommendations needed. Spoke with client she stated it Stated with a Clogged drain lines and the secondary overflow was leaking water. Called a company put and they came and cleared lines. That same day she stated unit started making very loud rattle noises coming from the attic and this noise want happening before until the guy came and cleared them. She called back and they sent out another tech that was younger. He came out and inspected the loud noise and he told the lady that the blower wheel is and and needs to be replaced and then thermostat went blank. He the blower wheel/fan had ripped up some of the wires to the motor as stated in the invoice he gave her and that doing so popped the fuse. He replaced it and unit was still not working and he told her they needed to replace wheel first to determine if any other issue are present. She stated he told her it was a CYA pap
