Client stated no cooling, condenser non operational -I found that the compressor was energized but fan motor was not -Capacitor was within range, so it was the condenser fan motor that went bad -Also one of the low voltage wires coming from furnace was shorted -I switched the wires and the contactor was then pulling in -The condenser fan motor was replaced -System is now operational -Refrigerant levels are very low, 72 psi, it should be anywhere from 130-135 -There is an apparent leak in the system, it is missing about 3-4 lbs -Dye kit and refrigerant was recommended as the system is still under warranty and it is recommended to find and fix the leak ASAP -Currently cooling
