Performed combo tune up on 20 year old Rheem system. Cycled system through heating and cooling modes. Checked indoor unit electrical and system components. Blower wheel was completely dirty. Blower wheel had sucked up the plastics from the wiring diagram as well as the flashing codes and were making a ticking noise. Indoor blower motor has lost a significant amount of oil and is pulling quite a bit of energy. Pulled blower wheel off and opened up coil compartment to inspect heat exchanger. Heat exchanger has a lot of hot spots throughout each chamber as well as the collectors box. Temperature rise across heat exchanger is slightly high but still within range. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Several components were recently replaced and they are all within range and operating properly. Compressor Amperage is high and is really close to going over allowed maximum capacity. Condenser fan motor has not been replaced and it is also pulling in more power than what it
