Arrived on site to perform AC maintenance on 17 year old Goodman systems. As homeowner was showing me around, she mentioned that they recently were in the market to replace the system and had gotten a couple different quotes. After realizing how much an expense like that would be, they are no longer looking to replace the systems as they are most likely going to be selling the home and moving. They are hoping that a maintenance will hopefully make systems run smoother and squeeze some life out of them.
