Madison Hitzke is the best! If it weren't for his outstanding customer service and technical service I would have left the company for another. By some misfortune, my annual service was cancelled and no excuse was given to me by the scheduler. I did have a service repair tech scheduled to come out and fix a unit, but it was not guaranteed he would also complete the annual service. I would have to call and reschedule if he didn't have time to do it. Madison arrived, fixed the HVAC issue. When he was asked about the annual service, he had no idea. They sent him out to only do the repair, so he decided to call the office and let them know he was gong to do the service. He not only completed the repair, completed the annual PM service, he even installed a new thermostat I had purchased, and even installed my smoke detector. I wasn't home at the time, but if I was I would have given him a big tip and told him thank you for reinstating my faith with his company. If you are reading this Cool Air Solutions, promote this guy!
