AC maintenance, upon arrival system is working and operational. I began my maintenance outside by cleaning the condenser unit inside and out with water and coil cleaner. Inspected all electrical connections for tightness. Measured amp draws on system. Inspected and found contactor to have heavy pitting. Tested system refrigerant pressure and charge. Recommended to client to remove foliage growing near and into condenser. I then proceeded inside to the attic to address the clients concern of air flow, wanted more air flow in bedrooms while cutting from den, no dampers in system. Recommend client adds dampers at least two, to help redirect air flow. I then proceeded to furnace unit. Inspected filter and recommend a filter change, client said they will pick some up. Checked electrical connections ensuring tightness, inspected blower wheel compartment for dust and proper balance. Checked condensate line for proper drainage and secondary safety functionality.
