Diagnostic Upon arrival system is not working or operational. Customer complaint system not coming on. Upon inspection I tested all electricals components to ensure voltage was going to system, I found that the transformer had failed, it was receiving 120 but not putting out 24 low voltage. After installing a new transformer under warranty, and upon further inspection it is clear that the board has failed, it is receiving proper voltage but not putting out power to terminals. Going to call Goodman for replacement under warranty. Need to follow up for replacement ASAP. Upon departure system is non operational.
