Upon arrival performed maintenance on 1 year old lennox system. Verified system is in working order. Cycled heat on and off. Replaced filter that client provided. Dusted off electrical components and wiped down furnace cabinet. Amperages throughout system are in very good condition. Advised customer to start using merv 16 filter for higher grade filtration. Indoor motor and wheel are in very good condtion. Amp draws on compressor & fan motor are in very good conditon. Refrigerant levels good . Temp splits good. Coils are clean. Dusted all electrical components inside of service door for ac. Secondary and primary motor controls are in very good condition. Was not able to fully wash condenser, water hose was not long enough to get to condenser. Cycled system on and off, system is in very good condition, install good did not need to fix anything . Disconnect and whip good. Fuses good. System was reset tested & fully functional upon departure.
