Performed tuneup of a Goodman furnace. Heating temp split is 47 in range. Combustion blower is amping in range. Ignitor is reading within spec. Flame sensor was cleaned and reinstalled. Primary blower motor is balanced and amping under the max specifications at this time. System is equipped with a merv filter rack. Filter is ok at this time. Electrical compartment was cleaned as well as then unit itself. System was cycled before departure. Performed maintenance on a Goodman condensing unit. Condenser coils were chemically cleaned. Fan motor is free if any oil leaks and is balanced well. Systems starter is showing signs of pitting. Primary start control is reading within range. Condensate lines are free and clear of any blockage. Compressor is amping ok. Temperature split in cooling is 23. Refrigerant levels are ok. System is not protected.
