Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2011 carrier unit. Condenser located on side of home and furnace and Evaporator coil located in attic. Cycled system on. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Unit was dirty. Primary and secondary and compressor booster kits were all good as they were replaced last year. Fan motor is leaking oil em age and wear of operation. As it’s pulling max amps of 1.4 amps. Motor is working hard and could fail in future if continues to run same condition. Compressor start up are good and run amps are in range. System pressure are good and in range and cooling home at 20 degrees. Inspected indoor unit. Filter is dirty and needs new one. Blower assembly is really dirty creating more stress on motor and to work harder. Motor is leaking a bit of oil as it’s accumulating oil and dirt on motor. Found motors to be over amping as it’s pulling 8 amps and max rated for 7.9 motor could fail in near future from over ampi. Found secondary motor control to be
