Performed diagnostic. Unit not cooling. On arrival filters have yet not been changed from last visit when they were causing the unit to trip on high pressure. With approval replaced 3 1 inch filters. Thermostat had no power. Went up to roof and disconnect for unit was turned off. Turned disconnect on. System came on. Compressor kicks on but not condenser fan motor. Checked secondary motor control and in range. Checked for power and fan is recieving proper power but not turning on. Condenser fan motor needs to be replaced. Spoke to Amparo and she has to talk to her husband but does not have time to call right now. Will call us back if she wants to move forward with repairs. Turned disconnect off, system is not operational upon departure.
