Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2017 Goodman unit. Climates they just moved in in March and just noticed upstairs systems is not cooling or working. Inspected unit primary okay secondary was in range. Found compressor to be bad as compressor pressures were both high and stuck at 260 psi. Found compressor was shutting off from over load and was opening pressure released valve. Compressor was also crating loud noise as if compressor had things inside rattling. Advised client of fings and client stated downs stirs isn’t cooling as good and advised I would check pressure of down stairs. Inspected unit. Found primary burnt up on contact points. Secondary motor control was bad out of range. Fan motor is over amping at max of 1.1 as it’s pulling 1.5. Compressor is pulling 12 amping and max rated at 14.2. Compressor is on borrowed time and could fail at any time. Pressure are low and why units not cooling. Cloud aware of what’s wrong with unit. Found out hole was previousl
