Performed AC diagnostic on 2010 Goodman condenser. Upon my diagnostic apparently the system it stopped running yesterday while it was on and is no longer cooling the home. 1. Found the red wire In the attic was burnt off due to the outdoor starter on the condenser hat starts the system. 2. Starter showed signs of pitting and burn marks on contact points and was creating a very loud buzzing noise due to weak low voltage coil. 3. System was also fluctuating on the pressures indicating that there’s a contaminate inside the system and it was also slightly low. there was a leak in the past And Is still leaking out at this moment. 4. Amperage for compressor was very high due to wear and tear and will just put the compressor at a higher risk of failing. 5. Outdoor Fan motor was also exceeding recommended Amperage Range Discuss fall condition with Amy and she needs to talk it over with her son regarding what they would like to do but would only want to go through with the minimum repair
