Inspected system for operation and found system cooling properly with good temperature splits and adequate refrigerant charge. Measured the thermostat calibration and found that after running the system for 20 min the control is off by 2 degrees. The system will shut off after reaching 1 degree below its set point and this is normal but the thermostat was reading 72 and my temperature probe was reading 70. Replaced thermostat with and easy to use Blue Easy Reader thermostat.
