AC Maintenance, Upon arrival system is working and operational. I began the Maintenance outside at the condenser, I broke down the condenser and clean the condenser coil with water and our coil solution. I then checked the electrical components, and measured their amp draws. Found heavy pitting on starter. I also tested system refrigerant charge. I proceeded into the attic to check the indoor furnace unit. I checked electrical components making sure all connections are tight, inspected the blower wheel compartment for proper balance and dust or debris on the blower wheel. Also checked out the filter and swapped with a new filter.
