Upon arrival performed a heating and cooling maintenance, unit turned on and was operational in both heating and cooling. Took amp draws on the furnace everything was within range. Checked safety and limit switches while furnace was operational and that all were working and operational. Cleared out condensate drain then moved on to the condenser for cooling maintenance. Performed deep cleaning of condenser oil fins and exterior unit. Checked electrical components and found them to all be within limits checked pressure and temperature of the refrigerant and they came back normal. Over all the whole system was looking good 1 year old system.
