I have used Cool Air for several years and called recently because I've had good service in the past. I called for an appointment a month ago to have my thermostats repaired / replaced (not working at all) and pay for the semi-annual service to check all systems and replace filters. Luke came out a few weeks ago on a Saturday, took my payment for the service agreement offered but said he was not told of the need to possibly replace the thermostats, didn't have 2 in his truck to do so, said he was not told of the semi annual maintenance agreement and didn't have time that day to do that either. I purchased the thermostats on my own and called back for an appt to replace both and get the semi annual service done. Daniel came out yesterday to replace the thermostats and after calling Luke was able to complete the job, but he too said he was not told of the semi annual maintenance and didn't have time. I would appreciate someone coming back out a 3rd time and completing the semi annual service that I've already paid for. Every time I've called I've spoken to either Christina or Janessa and every time I've asked to confirm both the thermostat repair and semi annual maintenance be done, but the field technician is not made aware of it and doesn't have the time or the equipment on hand. Not sure where the disconnect is internally and believe that the field technicians know what they're doing. I can be reached at 951-595-6559 any time to schedule an appointment.
