Performed furnace diagnostic on 29-year-old Recalled premier furnace. Reyna Had stated that the termite company found pieces of ductwork ripped apart within the attic. Upon further investigation I found that the Duct work was was not in good state due multiple Tears and Rips. The furnace is a recalled brand and has been deemed unsafe for use. Turned propane gas line off upon departure, supervisor will return to go over options regarding furnace and ducts
