Performed furnace diagnostic on 2006 Payne heater. Upon my diagnostic I found that circuitboard was a Display error code 13 which indicates that high limit or flame rollout has occurred. Upon further inspection I found that the indoor blower motor has failed along with the capacitor has become out of range. Also inspected heat exchanger and found multiple heat spots due to overheating over the years. Discussed the condition of furnace with homeowner And is aware that motor Needs to be installed So I can do a full inspection with system operational. Installed new blower motor and system was able to ignite and begin heating the home. Took static pressure readings and Found a total of 1.05 wc Considering that the specifications on the data chart is only rated for 0.5wc, Also found a 63° temperature rise which exceeded the max temperature of 60 on the data plate as well.
