Performed AC maintenance on 9 year old system. Upon arrival homeowner did advise that her kids were doing school from home and would prefer if I limited my coming into the home to avoid from distracting them. Advised I would try to limit coming in and out but there are things that we check inside the home as part of our maintenance. Homeowner cycled cooling. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws on compressor and condenser fan motor are within range. Condenser start up amps are high and close to going over allowed range, and compressor also starting up fairly loud. Refrigerant levels are in range and system is producing proper temperature split. Condenser fan motor has started to slightly leak oil. Pulled condenser fan motor off and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Let homeowner know operation and condition of unit and is fully aware of any possible concerns. Attempted to go over options pricing, but homeowner was trying to keep kids conce
