We will be moving the heater into the attic and relocating the ac to the side of the house. We will be adding 3 returns and modifying both master bedrooms and adding another vent in both. We will be disposing the old equipment and sheet metal upper and lower holes in the closet. This does not include engineer fees and any additional work needed if we need to change anything per engineer.
