Technician arrived on site. Condenser was not operational. Secondary motor control had failed. The common wire was also burnt. Fan motor was operational but drawing high amps. Installed turbo 200x, new contractor and condenser fan motor. Outdoor temperature was low. Making it difficult to check charge. Super heat is high and vstat is low at this time. Compressor and motor amps are good at this time. During maintenance will check out the charge during idea temperature settings.
