Performed diagnostic. Homeowner states system seems like it’s cooling but not exactly how it should, feels like it should be colder. Cycled system for cooling. Checked system electrical and components. Gauged up to system to check refrigerant pressures, found system low on r-22 refrigerant. Fully evaluated system and Also found a weak secondary motor for compressor, and condenser fan motor has been leaking a significant amount of oil. Could not take accurate amp draws on compressor due to it being low on refrigerant. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Explained that refrigerant should never need to be added to a system, should a system ever need refrigerant a leak has more than likely developed. Homeowner is fully aware of the condition of the system, as well as any leak repairs that may be needed in the future. With homeowner approval, went ahead and recharged system with 3 pounds of r-22 refrigerant. Also added leak sealant and dye. Replaced secondary motor con
