Tech arrived on site. Condenser was not operational. Found the capacitor had failed. Fan motor was extremely rusty. Installed temporary capacitor for testing purposes. Found the condenser fan motor to be amping at MAX. contractor was pitted. Went over repair and replacement options. Client wants to replace in the off season. Went forward with the electrical rebuild. Condenser is now operational and cooling great. Charge and temp split are good. Motor amps are within range. Cleaned condenser coils for AC tune up. Unit is operational upon departure.
