Arrived on site to perform furnace maintenance on 2016 high-efficiency Lennox. Upon arrival Roderigo mentioned that the living room has lack of airflow and has a huge temperature difference from the other rooms and would like to add in two drop in supply vents. After inspecting the location of the supply vents found that this is an additional add-on to the house and will require a custom ductwork job with hard pipe. Client also mentioned that he would like to add heating and cooling to the mud room that they just added to the home as well. Will be scheduling for next week for Darren to come out and go over ducting options. Maintenance checked out properly. Recommend swapping filter every 3 to 6 months due to high dog hair build up.
