We have had Jimmy come out twice now and his professionalism and expertise is blaring. Last night he was here at the end of his day and he was as energetic as if it was the beginning of the day. He walked us through everything he saw with our furnace. We really really appreciate that he was not pushy in selling us on repairs but instead was able to show priority repairs which is great for a layman and the anxiety that come with lacking knowledge in this area. You want to keep Jimmy in your company for sure ,he will bring in good business and give you a good reputation. I’d give him a raise!!
