Arrived on site to diagnose a no cooling unit from 2007 trane unit. Client stated she just had it serviced and and unit is not working. Cycled unit. Indoor unit was no producing airflow and out door unit didn’t sound like compressor was running. Inspected indoor unit. Jumped from board and thermostat. Found power coming in and going out with 24v and 120v. Found motor was not turning on and 120 voltage was getting to motor overall found a bad motor. Advised since unit is not working unable to inspect out door unit with out it working inside. Would have to replace motor to ensure no other issues are present. Due to weekend unable to get price of motor so would have to cal back Monday and get price first. Client is aware office is gunna reach out and give her the price. System is in operational upon departure due to bad aria bow speed blower motor. Hollie would cover cost of today’s visit. System is not operational upon departure.
