Performed AC maintenance on a Bryant system. Systems cooling split is 23 degrees. Duct runs are sealed. Indoor blower is clean. Indoor motor is not leaking oil at this time. Primary start component is failed and out of range. Condensate lines are clear but has no safety switch. Outdoor unit was cleaned. Compressor bay and service panel were cleaned. Electrical components are in range. Compressor and fan amps are ok. Refrigerant levels are ok. System was cycled before leaving.
