Performed diagnostic. Tenants states that system is not cooling later in the afternoon. Upon diagnostic found that unit was extremely restricted on airflow causing it not to work properly. Return register had a piece of furniture pressed up directly against it, and there was a filter inside that register that had not been changed out in years and was causing an even bigger restriction. Removed filter from inside register and also pulled furniture away from Register. Airflow on unit increased dramatically and system is cooling correctly. Thoroughly went over system and pointed other concerns out to homeowner over the phone. Homeowner wants to hold off on any repairs for now. System is operational upon departure but concerns with unit can cause issues in the near future.
