Technician arrived on site. Condenser was not operational. Found the capacitor to have failed. It was replaced in June 2020 by our company. Fan motor was rusted and not looking good. Installed a tester capacitor. Compressor and fan motor came on. Compressor amps were high but not over amping. Fan motor amps were high. After explaining to the client, we decided it would be best to explore replacement options.
