Performed AC maintenance on a carrier system. Units cooling temperature split is 22 degrees. Duct runs are sealed and free of obstruction. Condensate lines are clear but have no overflow switch. Blower motor is clean and amping ok. Outdoor unit was chemically washed. Electrical components are in range at this time. Compressor and fan amp draws are ok. Refrigerant levels are good. Compressor bay and service panel was cleaned. Outdoor unit needs electrical protection. System was running at end of appointment.
